Our Team.

Laurie Ferron

Managing Director at Pyramid Design Consultants, & Senior Architect

M. Arch. RA. JA – Laurie is a registered architect member of The Jamaican Institute of Architects (JIA). With close to 20 years of experience, Laurie has led his team in urban design, master planning, and detailed designs at a variety of scales.

He is the first distinguished graduate of the Caribbean School of Architecture (CSA). He previously served as a part-time lecturer at the CSA, UTECH, Jamaica. He is a past president of the Jamaican Institute of Architects (JIA) and a past member of the Architects Registration Board of Jamaica (ARB).

Ricardo Pryce

Lead Architectural Designer

B.A, M.Arch – Ricardo joined the Pyramid Design team in 2019, with his Masters in architecture from the University of Technology, Jamaica. He specializes in producing architectural designs and drawings, and is involved in project management.

Ricardo also does 3-Dimensional modelling, rendering and video production, and participates in measured surveys, presentations, document preparation etc.

Jhanielle A. Bernard

Architectural Designer

B.A. – Starting as a 3rd Year intern, Jhanielle has been with us since the summer of 2022. After gaining insightful experience with the firm and finishing her final year she came on as a full-time employee in 2023 as a junior architectural designer.

In her short time of practicing, Jhanielle has gained experience on over a dozen projects, primarily the design and visualization process with a focus on maximizing sustainability and landscape architecture.

Taliesa Merrick

Architectural Designer/Technician

B.A. – Taliesa joined the company as an Entry Level designer in 2022, having completed her four years of coursework to earn a bachelor’s degree in architectural studies.

She decided to join the Pyramid Design family, as she was capable and eager to put forth a lot of effort and in the short time that followed, she has had the chance to design and draw for large institutions as well as residential and commercial buildings.

Patrick G. Fowler

Architectural Technical Support Manager

Patrick has been with Pyramid Design since 2018, joining our team as an architectural Technician, coming on with experience in designs and generating drawings. His experience stretches over a decade prior to joining the team.

Over the years he has created drawings for several projects in Jamaica, which includes commercial, institutional and residential buildings.

Chantal Lunan

Office Administrator

Chantal joined the PDC team as the administrative assistant in March 2020, coming in with 16 years of experience providing the service.

Even as a Certified Insurance Technician working in the field of insurance in excess of ten years, she was concurrently providing the service of administrative support. She is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
