Proposed to be a little under 9000 square feet,this building was designed to be an independent warehouse facility that maximized the area of its site.
The programme included spaces to receive and process packages, houseback-office staff, a central meeting space and central bathroom facilities. Arranging these spaces involved the use of a mezzanine level.
The architectural language employed reflects the desire to go beyond just producing a place for storage and towards designing a contemporary commercial edifice.
