Apartments at Charlemont

Proposed to be in the parish of St. Andrew, this multi-storey apartment building consists of a modest mixture of two-bedroom and three bedroom units. The edifice’s form is the product of exploring various materials, elegant aesthetics and climatic sensitivity.

The site’s sloping conditions allowed for the development of lower level parking, and the entry level and above used for the allocation of units. Incorporated throughout the design project a various social spaces including a gym area and pool on the roof.
