Logistics Warehouse

Proposed to be a little under 9000 square feet,this building was designed to be an independent warehousefacility that maximized the area of its site. The programmeincluded spaces to receive and process packages, houseback-office staff, a central meeting space and central bathroom facilities. Arranging these spaces involved the use of amezzanine level. The architectural language employed reflects the desire to go beyond just producing a place for storage and towards designing a contemporary commercial edifice.
